The Palmento is separate from the others, and located opposite them, almost to form a little hamlet. We restored an original well, and destined it to the collection of rain water for irrigation purposes. During the refurbishment we found an old ground-level basin, probably used to collect wort given the presence in the past of old palmenti (or palummiendi – a kind of wine press), which testify to the cultivation of vines. This unit is made up of a double room with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe; a twin room which can be turned into a double room with adjoining bathroom and living room kitchen.
