A private and guided tour to discover the long winemaking tradition of the Apulian territory. Among e-bike rides through the splendid countryside of the Itria Valley and Murgia dei Trulli, guided tours of Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage Site, until reaching a famous winery of the territory. A tour among the suggestive vineyards, exploring an ancient masseria with some original trulli dating back to the 17 th century. Visit to the winery with explanations of the various phases of wine production from harvest to vinification.  After the tour, tasting of precious wines made from the native grapes, accompanied by typical local products. The next day we will visit the olive oil mill of Castellana Grotte, during the pressing of the olives, tasting typical local products.
